For corrections, broken links and questions about our guides. For anything to do with a 520BD account, balance or payout, you need the operator rather than us.
Read this first if your message is about money. We are an independent guide site. We are not 520BD, and we have no access to accounts, balances, bets or withdrawals. We cannot release a payout, credit a bonus, reset a password or reopen an account. Messages asking us to do any of those cannot be actioned, and sending us account details or passwords puts you at risk.

What to Include
A correction we can act on in one pass beats three rounds of clarification. Where possible, tell us:
- Which page — the URL or the page title.
- Which passage — quote the sentence you are flagging.
- What is wrong — and what it should say instead.
- How you know — a screenshot of the in-app screen is ideal.
We read everything. We reply to anything that needs a reply, and we fix confirmed errors quickly. If you send us a screenshot showing a term has changed, that is the single most useful thing we receive.
Please do not send us personal data. We do not need your account number, your NID, your date of birth or any password to answer a question about a guide. If you include them we will delete the message rather than keep it on file. See our privacy policy.
